11 days to court. From what I've read about this judge guy he either nails you hard or lets you off :| It'd be a miracle if the cop didn't show up, but seeing as how they were out to feast for their quota that day, it'll be highly unlikely.
Can you find a lawyer that knows the judge in time? How's your evidence? Find any witnesses? Doesn't there have to be a clear photo record of your license plate (and face) along with the radar numbers?
Not worth getting a lawyer over. Got a state's attorney in the family but it didn't happen in his county so he can't do anything l: it's funny because it happened on the way to his house.
