You're right about that, sad to say. I guess my sis and I are hoping the new tenants and owner won't mind a few pooping dependents sticking around. I doubt I could haul them down to the new place, let alone get them situated so they don't freeze to death, or cause accidents on the road... not to mention getting me thrown out before I even move in.

I bought myself a box with a GTX 760, 4.3Ghz turbo 8 core, water cooler, sharp knives, sticks... ffwap! could take out a city with this puppy. You should consider aiming for a SSD in your gaming laptop, that shit is outrageous, and not terribly bad on price.
